Why Participate in the Fractional Leadership Seminar?

What’s this all about, and how does it run?

This seminar educates business leaders about the growing trend of using Fractional Executives to augment and accelerate growth plans. By participating, you'll connect with fellow business leaders on the panel and in the audience, as well as Fractional Executives.

The format is simple and conversational. You will briefly introduce yourself and your company. Then, a moderator will guide the discussion with pre-planned questions in a panel format. Afterward, the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions. The supportive roundtable format has been well-received in the past, and you’ll excel in this environment.

What's my time commitment?

Before the event
Two 15-minute coaching sessions with your Fractional Executive and one 1-hour pre-event "dry run" with all Business Leaders, their Fractional Executives, and the moderator.

On the event day
The official program runs for 1.5 hours, with an additional 30 minutes for networking before and after the event. Most speakers arrive early to get acquainted with the other panelists and team. Total: approximately 2.5 hours on event day.

Note
No one from your company has to attend, but they are welcome to come as our guests. However, we have a limited number of "free" seats, so please let us know as soon as possible.

What burden is on my team to make this happen?

Minimal involvement is required. Your team will need to create 2 - 3 PowerPoint slides:

A slide about your company, including its mission, employees, products, and services.
A slide featuring a collage of images to tell customer stories.

The organizing team fully supports event coordination, scheduling, and day-of logistics.

By attending the Fractionals in Action event, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event. Each attendee, therefore, grants unrestricted permission for the organizers, sponsors, and panelists to use the attendees' image, voice, and/or likeness for any marketing or promotional purposes, now or in the future, at their sole discretion. These images may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials to promote future events.

All attendees acknowledge the risk of group gatherings and attend at their own risk.
